Olympic Weightlifting

Looking for the best place to learn Olympic weightlifting in Chiang Mai? Look no further!​

 

Our gym offers a comprehensive program of three 90-minute classes per week -- Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Our expert coaches will guide you through the snatch and clean and jerk techniques, helping you build strength, speed and confidence.

 

Are you a beginner?

We offer a Beginners Olympic Weightlifting class every Monday and Wednesday at 6 PM. Please message us in advance to arrange your spot, as we have limited availability (only 4 spots per class).

Our group classes are designed to accommodate athletes of all levels. If you're new to Olympic weightlifting, we encourage you to let us know so we can provide additional guidance and support, ensuring you perform the movements safely and correctly. We understand that learning these complex movements can be challenging at first, but with patience and practice, you'll soon be having a blast!
