CrossFit Kids

We are excited to reintroduce our CrossFit Kids program starting this September. Designed specifically for children ages 7-12, this program offers a fun and engaging way to get kids moving and learning the basics of CrossFit.

Program Overview

CrossFit Kids is all about introducing younger children to the fundamentals of fitness in a safe and enjoyable environment.

 

Our classes focus on:​

  • Basic Movements: Kids will learn essential movements like running, jumping, throwing, and climbing.

  • Skill Development: Classes aim to improve coordination, balance, and agility.

  • Safety and Technique: Emphasis is placed on proper form and technique to ensure safety and effectiveness.

  • Fun and Engagement: Workouts are designed to be enjoyable and interactive, keeping kids excited about fitness.

  • Teamwork and Confidence: The program encourages teamwork and helps build confidence through positive reinforcement.

  • Most important, it's FUN!

Class Details

Start Date: September 12th, 2024

Finish Date: March 8th, 2025

​

  • Schedule:

    • Thursdays: 5 PM

    • Saturdays: 2 PM

​

  • Age Group: 7-12 years old (If your child is just outside this age range, please contact us. We can make exceptions!)

Punchcard System

We offer a punchcard system:

​​

  • 1 Class: 500 baht

  • 8 Classes: 3,200 baht

    • Validity: 6 months (or until March 8th, 2025)

  • Schedule a free intro and we'll make a plan to help you reach your goals!

 

You can register your child using the PushPress app, similar to how you would for our regular classes. Punchcards are a great way to commit to the program while keeping it flexible for your schedule.

Important Information

  • Minimum Sign-ups: We need at least 3 sign-ups per class to proceed. If we do not reach the minimum, the class will be canceled, and parents will be notified at least 3 hours before the start time.

  • Registration: Contact us as soon as possible to secure your child’s spot. We also offer payment plans and options for families with multiple children.

For Older Teens

We are considering expanding our program to include older teens (ages 13+). If there is interest, we will offer specialized classes or private lessons. Please reach out to us if this is something you would like to explore.
