Introducing our new CrossFit Kids Programs for 2025!
We are happy to offer this Kids Program to introduce fitness and a healthy lifestyle into kids' lives, helping them develop a positive relationship with movement and supporting their growth in a fun and healthy way. Our Winter Program runs until March 8th, which will be the final class before we take a break for the hot season. But don’t worry! Our Summer Program dates will be announced in May, and any remaining classes on punch cards will carry over!
What you can expect
CrossFit Kids introduces younger children to the fundamentals of fitness in a fun and safe environment. The classes focus on essential movements like running, jumping, throwing, and climbing, while also developing skills such as coordination, balance, and agility. Emphasis is placed on safety and proper technique to ensure effective workouts. With engaging and interactive exercises, the program fosters teamwork, builds confidence, and keeps kids excited about fitness. Above all, it's a fun experience that helps kids develop a love for being active.
