Starting a new fitness journey, especially with CrossFit or Olympic weightlifting, can feel intimidating—but we all start somewhere! That’s why our classes are designed with beginners in mind, offering a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone, no matter your fitness level.
What sets us apart is that we’re a small gym with a big focus on quality coaching. Our classes are capped at just 10 participants, ensuring you get plenty of personalized guidance and feedback from our experienced coaches. You’ll learn proper form and technique, build strength and confidence, and develop skills in a safe and encouraging atmosphere.

No matter where you’re starting, we’re here to support you every step of the way. We recommend coming about 10–15 minutes before class starts to get familiar with the space and meet your coach. Bring a water bottle, a can-do attitude and get ready to sweat! Get In Touch​​​
