In it’s true definition CrossFit is “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on fitness at it finest.
Do I Need to Be Fit to Start CrossFit?
No, you don’t need to be fit to start CrossFit! Our program is designed to be accessible for individuals of all fitness levels. The beauty of CrossFit lies in its scalability—workouts can be adjusted to suit your current fitness level, and as you progress, the intensity can be increased. Our goal is to help you improve from where you are, no matter your starting point.
How It Works
Each CrossFit class is structured to make your fitness journey as straightforward and effective as possible:

Warm-Up: The coach leads a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for the workout.

Strength or Skill Piece: Focus on building strength or mastering specific skills.

Workout of the Day (WOD): Participate in a high-intensity workout that changes daily to keep things interesting and challenging.

Cool Down/Stretch: End with stretches and cool-down exercises to aid recovery.
You don’t need to think about what to do—just show up, and we take care of the rest.
Class Schedule
Our CrossFit classes are 60 minutes long and are available at convenient times throughout the day:

Early Morning: 5:45 AM, 7:00 AM

Mid-Morning: 8:00 AM, 9:15 AM

Evening: 5:00 PM
